Shipping Info

  • Processing time
    • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
    • Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time will be processed next business day.
  • Shipping options and rates
    • Domestic (Within Panama, Rep. of Panama)
      • Free shipping on orders over US$80.00 and US$5.00 on orders below US$80.00.
      • All orders are managed by MULTI-ENTREGAS. 
      • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
    • International:
      • Free shipping on strap orders over US$200.00
      • Free shipping on strap orders of $200+ does not extend to accessories or other products in your cart.
      • Express Courier DHL (Usually takes between 3–7 business days).
      • Duties/Taxes: Recipient responsible for any import fees.
  • Order tracking
    • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
    • Tracking may update 24–48 hours after carrier pickup.
  • Address accuracy
    • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
    • Undeliverable/returned packages can be reshipped (additional postage may apply) or refunded minus original shipping.
  • Delivery issues
    • If your parcel hasn’t arrived by the 18th business day from the mailing date, please contact us for help.
    • We will open an inquiry with the postal service to investigate the shipment status.
    • If the investigation confirms the parcel is lost, we will issue a full refund.
    • The postal service only accepts investigations starting on the 18th business day from mailing, and the process may take up to 2 months. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes
    • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country.
    • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.
    • We are not responsible for customs delays, hold times, or additional charges assessed outside our country.
    • If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, original shipping is non-refundable. Reshipment costs or return fees will be deducted from any refund.
