Frequently Asked Questions

Our straps are designed to be universally compatible with most major watch brands including Rolex, Omega, Seiko, Tudor, Citizen, Tissot, and more. As long as your watch has standard lug widths (18mm, 20mm, 22mm), we also carry smaller and bigger sizes. WRESET straps will fit perfectly.

There are several ways to know whats your strap size.

1.    Verify with Manufacturer Specifications: Check your
watch's manual or online specifications to confirm the recommended strap width
and look for “distance between lugs” or
“strap width” information.

2.    Look for the strap width at
the back of the strap
: You may find your watch strap width often
printed or stamped on the back of it’s original strap. 

If none of these options are available then you can opt for measuring it
by yourself:

 1.    Select the Right Tools: Get a caliper, a ruler, or a measuring tape with millimeter markings for accuracy and a spring bar tool if required.

2.    Remove the Current Strap (if attached): Carefully take off (if possible), the existing strap or bracelet from your watch to
measure precisely. Note: This option requires a spring bar tool to remove the current strap if the strap has no “quick release” mecanism. If there’s enough
room to do it, you may measure the lug width without removing the strap.

3.    Locate the Lug Width: Identify the two lugs on your watch case (the parts where the strap connects).

4.    Measure the Lug Width:

o   Use the caliper or ruler to measure the distance between the inside of the two lugs.

o   Measure at the point where the strap attaches to the watch case.

o   Record the measurement in millimeters (common sizes are 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, etc.).

5.    Use the Measurement:

o   The measured distance is your strap width.

o   Choose a replacement strap with the same width for a proper fit.

Disclaimer:
The customer is fully reponsible for choosing the right strap size for its watch. If you are unable to find your strap width, you may contact us for help by sending your watch brand and model.

Yes, most of them are easy to install thanks to their nifty quick-release spring bars.  You might need a spring bar tool to swap out your current strap for the one you just purchase. But don't worry, we got your back with a selection of spring bar tools to join your
purchase, so you can enjoy your new strap as soon as it lands to your doorstep.

Each strap material is crafted for specific purposes. For water sports, we highly recommend opting for rubber or steel straps, as they deliver optimal performance. While Nato or nylon straps are also suitable
options, they don't possess the same water-repelling properties as rubber. As for leather straps, it's best to keep them away from water-based activities, as they thrive in dry environments. However, they can occasionally get wet if you’re caught in the rain or encounter an accidental splash. Choose the right strap to elevate your adventures with elegance and style.

    days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

    after 12:00 PM local time will be processed next business day.

  • All orders are
    managed by MULTI-ENTREGAS. 
  • Orders are
    processed within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • International:

  • Express Courier
    DHL (Usually takes between 3–7 business days).
  • Duties/Taxes:
    Recipient responsible for any import fees.
  • Order tracking
  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation
    email with tracking once your order ships.
  • Tracking may
    update 24–48 hours after carrier pickup.
  • Address accuracy
  • Please ensure your shipping address is
    complete and correct. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to
    incorrect addresses.
  • Undeliverable/returned
    packages can be reshipped (additional postage may apply) or refunded
    minus original shipping.
  • Delivery issues
  • If your parcel hasn’t arrived by the 18th
    business day from the mailing date, please contact us for help.
  • We will open an inquiry with the postal
    service to investigate the shipment status.
  • If the investigation confirms the parcel
    is lost, we will issue a full refund.
  • The postal service only accepts
    investigations starting on the 18th business day from mailing, and the
    process may take up to 2 months. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes
  • International
    orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the
    destination country.
  • These charges are not included in our
    prices or shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for customs
    delays, hold times, or additional charges assessed outside our country.
  • If a package is refused or returned due
    to unpaid duties/taxes, original shipping is non-refundable. Reshipment
    costs or return fees will be deducted from any refund..

At Wreset, we want you to be completely satisfied with your products. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you’ve ordered, please reach out to us at support@wreset.com.

Order Acceptance

After receiving your order, we’ll send you an email confirmation. However, this does
not mean your order is accepted or that we are offering to sell; it's just a confirmation that your order was received. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any point post-receipt. If your order is canceled after billing, we will refund the amount in the currency originally charged.

If your order is confirmed but later found to be unsuppliable, we will cancel it
and fully refund your payment.

Warranty

We provide a six month warranty on all products, standing firmly behind their quality. This covers everything except accidental damage or general wear and tear. If you encounter an issue, contact us for assistance.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchange

If the product has defects or issues due to our error, you can return, refund, or
exchange it within 14 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping fees up to $25 for international orders and $4 for Panamanian orders, regardless of whether it’s a ready stock or custom strap.

For correct and defect-free orders, policies vary by strap type.

Ready Stock Straps & Accessories:

Unused items without bending or creasing (buckle tongue must not be put through the strap hole) can be returned for a full refund (less shipping) within 14 days. A worn strap will incur a restocking fee of 70%, since it can't be sold again.

Rubber Cut-to-Size Straps:

Should remain uncut, unused, and be returned as a complete set.

Custom Made Straps:

Unused items can be returned for an 80% refund (less shipping) within 14 days. A 20% fee applies as these cannot be resold at the
original price. This fee also applies to cancellations if production has started. Worn custom straps will incur a restocking fee of
70%.

Additional Details :

All return costs fall to the customer unless it's our error. After mailing your item, allow 7-14 business days for processing. Include your order number in the package; lacking this may delay refunds and could reduce the refund by up to $10 for administrative efforts. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Returns Process:

Ensure the strap is unworn, free of bends, creases, and unaltered strap holes (buckle tongue never been put through strap holes).
Email support@wreset.com with: "I want to return my [strap name] from order [#order number] due to [reason]. I confirm it's unworn and understand shipping fees aren't
refunded." We’ll provide a return address. Send the strap via any service, noting your order number inside. Once received, we’ll process your refund, deduct original shipping and restocking fees if applicable. For exchanges, place a new order even before we receive the returned item.
