**Returns, Refunds, and Exchange** If the product has defects or issues due to our error, you can return, refund, or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping fees up to $25 for international orders and $4 for Panamanian orders, regardless of whether it’s a ready stock or custom strap.

For correct and defect-free orders, policies vary by strap type.

**Ready Stock Straps & Accessories**: Unused items without bending or creasing (buckle tongue must not be put through the strap hole) can be returned for a full refund (less shipping) within 14 days. A worn strap will incur a restocking fee of 70%, since it can't be sold again.

**Rubber Cut-to-Size Straps**: Should remain uncut, unused, and be returned as a complete set.

**Custom Made Straps**: Unused items can be returned for an 80% refund (less shipping) within 14 days. A 20% fee applies as these cannot be resold at the
original price. This fee also applies to cancellations if production has started. Worn custom straps will incur a restocking fee of 70%.

**Additional Details** All return costs fall to the customer unless it's our error. After mailing your item, allow 7-14 business days for processing. Include your order number in the package; lacking this may delay refunds and could reduce the refund by up to $10 for administrative efforts. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

**Returns Process** Ensure the strap is unworn, free of bends, creases, and unaltered strap holes (buckle tongue never been put through strap holes). Email support@wreset.com with: "I want to return my [strap name] from order [#order number] due to [reason]. I confirm it's unworn and understand shipping fees aren't
refunded." We’ll provide a return address. Send the strap via any service, noting your order number inside. Once received, we’ll process your refund, deduct original shipping and restocking fees if applicable. For exchanges, place a new order even before we receive the returned item.
